Winning this award is a huge milestone for us at Aesthetic Developments, and it feels like a celebration of all the hard work, creativity, and problem-solving that went into bringing this vision to life.
Fairview was inspired by our Mediterranean honeymoon—a dream of creating a home that balanced luxury with warmth and minimalism with elegance.
The journey wasn’t without its challenges. From working within budget constraints to creatively achieving the Venetian plaster look using Dulux’s "Vivid White" paint, each obstacle only deepened our commitment. Seeing our design come to life and to now be recognised in this way is incredibly rewarding.
We couldn’t have done this without our incredible partners, suppliers, and team members who supported us every step of the way. Their expertise, dedication, and craftsmanship were invaluable, allowing us to transform an outdated bungalow into the Mediterranean-inspired haven we envisioned. We’re immensely grateful for their collaboration and for the quality, they brought to every detail, from the bespoke wine rack to the stunning ten-metre stacker door that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces.
