Site secured - When securing the perfect homesite for your build, you may wish to consider:

• location

• local amenities

• price point

• school district

Site survey - A thorough site survey will need to be obtained, which covers all aspects of your chosen building site. This will be submitted to the council along with our drafter’s plan. If you’re building a duplex, it’s important to note the slope of your land, as well as any easements.

Preliminary assessment for a duplex - Contact your local council to ensure your block of land meets the zoning criteria.

Budget - We can assist with reviewing your preliminary budget for your project to align objectives and goals for your custom home.

Once you’ve completed the above steps, our Sales Consultant will get in touch with you via phone to learn more about your project build.

The discussion will identify the details of your site, your desired build timeframe, and your budget requirements.

This stage will begin with meeting our expert Sales Consultant, who will collaborate with you to discuss your design brief, inclusions, and aspirations.

We’ll conduct a thorough brief to establish your:

• house floor plan and layout

• facades

• finishes

• timeline

• budget

• site conditions (we’ll perform a compliance investigation to identify any difficulties or concerns with your block)

Once you’re happy to proceed after the meeting, a Design and Planning agreement is signed.

At the end of this stage, you’ll have a defined architecture plan for your new luxury home. We offer a full in-house design build service. However, we can also work from a third party set of plans.

Based on the brief, our talented architect team will conceptualise your home and create a bespoke home design to suit your site and personal preferences.

After the preliminary design concept is approved, our external consultants will provide feedback.

Once your design is approved by council, we’ll commence the pre-construction stage.

During this stage, you'll finalise your home’s interior and exterior selections, and work with our highly regarded industry specialists. They’ll help you complete the look of your brand new home.

During construction, we’ll endeavour to adhere to timeframes and deliver uncompromised workmanship, while maintaining a culture of collaboration and open communication.

We’ll provide weekly updates on your build until completion, with supervised site visits offered to you for each milestone.

Prior to the completion of your new home, we’ll perform a final walkthrough to ensure our level of craftsmanship meets your expectations.

Our Aftercare Manager will discuss any concerns or maintenance issues that may arise - and will provide you with the timeframes required for rectification.
