About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Manager with a broad technical understanding, extensive experience in high-end residential projects, and a proven track record of complex basement construction. This exciting opportunity is for a $7 million luxury residential development in Sandringham, Sydney, NSW.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering this prestigious project to the highest of standards. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate trades, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget. 

We are looking for a passionate individual who shares our commitment to quality, efficiency, sustainability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for a high-end residential project.

• Coordinate and manage trades, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, trades, architects, and subcontractors.

• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum [note number] years of experience as a Senior/ Site Manager in luxury residential construction.

• Proven experience managing projects valued at $5 million or higher.

• Extensive knowledge of inground tanked basement construction, preferably with experience below the water table.

• Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and White Card.
